Excellent central location, the staff are friendly /helpful . Room was spotless with a balcony looking onto la Rambla .The bathroom is shared with other guests so sometimes access is limited / very clean though. Great hot shower !! No lift so 4 flights of stairs .Staff help with luggage . I will stay again thanks !

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the Barcelona action. Bathroom facilities were clean and my only concern was the dodgy lock on the room, so I used a chair wedged against the door! Absolute bargain price too.

So, it's not all bad. The location is amazing right on La Rambla, charming old building. But traveling with my daughter we got a double room and it wasn't worth the price we paid. Stuffy sweatbox of a room with a noisy fan that broke down in the middle of the night. Switched to the Citadines pretty much next door. I think it might be okay in winter when the temperatures are lower in BCN, but in summer the lack of A/C is a problem.

Even in off season the price for a single room is 20euros per day. No elevator. Had to take the suitcase in to the second floor without elevator. Rooms were so silent. But interiors need rennovation. All of them are in Black in color with a foul smell.

i had been in july 10 in barcelona in hostal parisien, there is clean nice atmosphere and cheap, little noisy but this is best location so i can handle this !!! The best and nice staff and everybody happy ! i wiil come back for sure |!
